Installation

It’s important to make sure your roof is in good condition before starting. You will also need to ensure that your roof deck is thick enough for the Coroline fixings. Once you are ready to begin you need to make sure the sheet end lap is 300 mm for pitches less than 10°. For pitches of 10-15° the sheet end lap is 200 mm.

When applying the sheets they need to overhang the verge and eaves. It’s important to make sure the overhang of the eaves is less than 70 mm. If the sheets are too long you will need to cut them with a saw using lubricating oil.

The sheets have holes at the top and bottom in which to apply a Coroline fixing. You will also need to use a fixing in the middle of each sheet for every other corrugation.

The ridge is quite flexible and easy install by lining up the holes in the sheets. You can nail the last sheet over the barge board to make the dry verge watertight. Another option would be to add a ridge piece.
